We reserve the right to modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Righteer for project work agree to:

  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, and communication; and
  • Supply all necessary materials, assets, access credentials, and approvals required to meet agreed project timelines.

Righteer shall not be held responsible for delays or shortfalls resulting from a client's failure to provide the information, materials, or approvals required to proceed with a project.

7. Payments and Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all pricing is quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Project fees, retainers, and any recurring service charges will be detailed in a written proposal, quote, or contract prior to the commencement of work.

Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the relevant agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges, and Righteer reserves the right to suspend or pause services for any account with overdue payments until the balance is resolved.

8. Limitation of Liability

Righteer is committed to delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable services; however, we do not guarantee that the Site or our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or entirely free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Righteer shall not be liable for:

  • Any losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site;
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind; or
  • Loss of data, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of our services.

Your use of the Site and engagement of our services is undertaken at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
